Distributors
Packaging distributors in the US, UK, Germany, France, Australia and the Gulf who keep stock and need a factory that can repeat a colour exactly. We quote per SKU with packing data, so the freight calculation is yours, not a guess.
Brand Owners
Independent skincare, haircare and personal-care brands ordering 1,000–20,000 pcs. One mould, one colour, one label — usually with a silkscreen or a spray coat that makes a stock bottle read as bespoke.
Contract Manufacturers
Fillers who buy for several brands at once and need the same bottle in three colours, delivered on a schedule that matches their line. Mixed containers are normal for us.
What We Do Not Do
We do not fill, formulate, design labels, or handle hot-fill above 60 °C in PET. We do not claim FDA, REACH or GRS certificates we do not hold.
Saying this up front saves a sample round: if your product needs a heat-set bottle or a fill line we would have to subcontract, we will tell you before you send a deposit.

What is the minimum order quantity?
1,000 pcs per colour on an existing mould. Below that we quote stock colours from inventory.
Is there a tooling cost?
No on the 3,000+ moulds CXWN already holds. A new blow mould starts at USD 850 and takes 15–20 days.
How long does production take?
25–35 days after sample approval for stock colours; custom colours and heavy decoration add 5–7 days.
Can I get a sample first?
Yes — samples from existing moulds are free, courier collect, and leave within 7 days.
Who issues the contract and invoice?
The factory: Shantou Chuangxin Weinuo Plastic Packaging Products Co., Ltd. (CXWN). 8PCK is the English export desk; payment goes to CXWN.
Which compliance documents do you hold?
ISO 9001:2015 (PCC85724Q01277R1S), RoHS reports for PE and PET, and an EU 10/2011 + 1935/2004 migration test on PE grades. Scans are on the quality page.
Can you match a specific colour?
Yes, to a Pantone reference. Colour matching is quoted per colour and the 1,000 pcs MOQ applies per colour.
Which markets do you ship to?
40+ countries, mainly the US, EU, Southeast Asia and the Middle East. Terms are EXW, FOB or CIF.
