Founded in 2011 in Haojiang
The factory started with injection moulding for caps, added blow moulding for bottles, then extrusion for tubes. Today 20 lines run across 7,800+ m², with the mould shop and QC lab in the same building.
Most of our customers are distributors and brand owners in Europe, North America and Southeast Asia. The work is repeat orders on stock moulds, plus the occasional new shape.

I run 8PCK from Shantou, next door to the factory. Every inquiry comes to my inbox and I write the quotation myself — the price you get is the price the factory will run, not a marketing number that gets renegotiated later.
If a spec will not work — a wall too thin for a pump, a hot fill in PET, a mould that would cost more than the order — I would rather say so before you place it. That is the whole reason this site lists documents we actually hold instead of a wall of badges.
Fifteen years on the export desk, the last eight of them on bottles and jars out of Haojiang: a few thousand quotations, several hundred tooled projects, and roughly the same number of briefs that never became one because the volume did not justify the mould. Most of what is written on this site comes from those.
What I am not: a chemist, and not the person who signs a migration report. Those come from the lab and the factory's QC lead, and the pages say so where it matters.
