How It Is Packed
Carton quantity, carton dimensions and gross weight are quoted with the unit price, so the freight is calculated before the order rather than after. FOB Shantou is the default term; EXW and CIF on request.
Tolerance and What Happens if It Is Out
Dimensions hold to ± 1.5 % and weight to ± 1 g against the approved drawing. A batch outside that range is remade — it is not shipped with a discount, because a bottle that does not fit the filling line is not a discount problem.

What is the MOQ for the 50 ml bottle?
1,000 pcs per colour on the existing mould. Below that we can quote stock colours from inventory.

Can it be decorated?
Silkscreen in 1–4 colours, hot stamping, spray coating or labels. Silkscreen and labels start at 1,000 pcs; hot stamp and spray coat at 3,000 pcs.
Is it food-contact safe?
We hold an EU 10/2011 + 1935/2004 overall migration test on PE grades and a RoHS verification. PET and PETG declarations are issued per order against the resin supplier's DoC.
How much does the 50 ml bottle weigh?
On request at nominal capacity. Weight, not volume, is what the freight quote follows — ask for the carton weight before you book.
How fast can I get a sample?
7 days from the existing mould, filled if you need it filled. A new shape needs the mould first: about USD 850 and 15–20 days, then 7 days for the sample.
Can you match a colour I already use?
Yes — send a physical standard because a Pantone number reads differently on PET, HDPE and PETG. Colour matching takes 3–5 days and is quoted per colour at 1,000 pcs.
How is it packed?
Carton and pallet quantities are quoted with the order — ask and we send the packing sheet. Packing data is what you need to calculate freight before you commit.
