Confidentiality: What Happens to Your Drawing
If the pack is your design, the first question is not the price — it is who else will see it. This page answers that in plain English, and the NDA is one page, not twelve.

Files you send are logged against a project number and used to quote and tool that project. They are not added to a library, not shown to other customers, and not reused for anyone else's mould.
A one-page mutual NDA, in English, on request. Send it back signed and we return a countersigned copy the same day — before you upload a drawing, not after.
No product photo, render or drawing of your pack appears on this site, in a catalogue or on social media without your written yes. Our case studies are shapes and numbers, not your artwork.
Tooling paid for by you is yours. It stays in our shop only for your production; if you move, it can be shipped or scrapped at your instruction.
Ask and we delete drawings, 3D files and photos within 30 days, and confirm in writing. Quotes stay in our accounting records as required by law, without the drawings.
The tooling engineer, the QC lead and the export desk. Not a sales team, not a subcontractor — and if any process has to be outsourced, you are told which one before it happens.
The One-Page NDA
Mutual, English, two signatures, no exclusivity clause and no penalty terms beyond confidentiality. It covers drawings, 3D files, samples and photos, and it says plainly that the tool belongs to you.
Ask for it at the start of a conversation, or send your own — we read and sign most customer templates within a day.
Questions Buyers Ask Before Signing
Do you need an NDA before a price?
No. A price band needs a part count and a size, nothing confidential. An NDA matters when a drawing, a 3D file or a sample moves.
Can you sign our template instead?
Usually yes. We read it, flag anything that would block normal production — exclusivity, penalty clauses, ownership of modifications — and sign the rest.
Is the mould exclusive to us?
A tool paid for by you is used for you only. That is in the NDA, and it is also how the shop has worked for fifteen years.
What if we stop ordering?
The tool stays yours. We can ship it, hold it, or scrap it on your instruction; there is no storage fee for the first two years.
