Mini Spray Bottles: 10–50 ml, and the Filling Problem

Mini spray bottles are travel and sample formats under 50 ml. The bottle is low-cost; filling them without a special nozzle is the real cost.

Below 50 ml the bottle and the closure are both small, and the filling line becomes the constraint: a standard nozzle will not fit a 20/410 neck.

Filling Is the Hidden Cost

A mini bottle needs a small nozzle or a peristaltic filler. If the co-packer cannot fill below 30 ml, the size is a design idea rather than a product.

10–20 ml

Sample and travel; usually hand-filled or on a sample line.

30–50 ml

Fits most small fillers; the practical retail minimum.

Closure Choice

A 20/410 mist sprayer is the standard; a disc-top costs less for a gel. The neck size keeps the pack proportionate.

Where It Fails

Leaking in a bag, from a shallow spigot or a pump that was not tested filled.
